I have suffered most of my life and have faced many issues at work, at home and with people. It has caused me many problems and I have always tried to educate on the ups and downs of mental health in the hope that people after me do not face the same attitudes.
This podcast is another way I hope to help make mental health something people are not fearful of and we can all know we are not alone.
